Direct Primary Care

We are a membership based primary care clinic that incorporates functional and integrative medicine to treat the cause of disease. Direct primary care (DPC) benefits include more time with your provider, cost savings, and increased access to services with the use of virtual visits, texts, calls, and even home visits. DPC allows you to build a relationship with your provider and take your health to the next level. Charly is a board certified family nurse practitioner with over a decade of experience in family practice.

Functional Medicine is a systems biology-based approach that focuses on identifying the root cause of disease. At Wellness Redefined there is no one size fits all approach, each treatment plan is tailored to the patient. Charly is a board certified practitioner through the Institute of Functional Medicine which provides practitioners with the method and the means to thoroughly evaluate the interactions among genetic, environmental, diet, and lifestyle factors that influence health or may manifest as disease.
